Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Follow-up records may include internal notes and enquiry status.

The current website does not include optional analytics, advertising pixels or automatically loaded third-party maps. Saved project references use local storage in your browser and are not automatically synchronised between devices. You can clear them on the shortlist page or through your browser settings. Hosting and ChatGPT authentication may use essential cookies or technical information to provide secure access. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the relevant preference controls should be updated before it is enabled.
Third-party services
Hosting, storage and authentication providers help operate the website. Interactive Google Maps loads only when you choose “Load live map”; Google may then receive technical information and use its own cookies under its privacy policy. External links to developer documents, maps, Instagram and WhatsApp lead to services with their own privacy policies. Opening a link may share technical information with that service; information you send there is handled under its policies. Enquiry records are available through the authorised owner administration area.
Data retention
Enquiry information and follow-up records may be retained for as long as needed to respond, manage ongoing enquiries, maintain appropriate business records or meet applicable obligations.
